We hope our products will always make you happy, however if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to receive a full refund or have an item exchanged, please keep in mind that you have up to 14 days to return the goods.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can not offer a refund or exchange.
- If you are not happy with your product, please send us an email at email@example.com and let us know that you are going to return or exchange it. In case of exchange, please let us know which product would you like to have instead (please make sure that we have your desired product at first). To be eligible for a return keep your item unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with correct labels.
- You may send your return using mail or courier service. Please note that the return postage must be paid by you. Returning a product is your sole responsibility until we receive the item. Use safe packaging and choose the delivery service wisely. We recommend keeping the proof of postage receipt until your refund has been issued.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days since we received your return.
